Processor set functionality (setting processors attribute in queue configuration)
does not work. After setting this and submitting a job, it is always <NULL>.
It is even not set in the "config" file within the active_jobs directory
on the execution host.

The processor attribute is filtered out when setting gdil and never
transmitted to the execution client. This was done 2008 (6.2) when
performance enhancements where introduced (filtering out some parameters).

There is no workaround possible because the processors attribute is
not available on execution client side.
Solution:

In sge_give_jobs.c the "what" list in "queue_field" should be
enhanced with the processors attribute. Then it will be transfered.

Also when submitting a single pe job (without a slave) in "send_job()"
nothing is submitted because the processors attribute is written to
an uninitialized (NULL) list element. It should be written to the "gdil_ep" list.

When doing so we have the processors attribute in the "config" file
at execution daemon side.

It has be checked if the parameter is already spooled or if the spooling
does change (this would cause problems when reading in old jobs).
