Anyone know how to enable accounting of IO and IOW on RedHat EL5 (CentOS 5) x86_64 systems? Assuming the qmaster and execution hosts are all the same hardware and running the same OS and Grid Engine 6.2u4.

For example:
    WALLCLOCK UTIME STIME CPU MEMORY IO IOW
        24405     82922.048     14607.329     48758.951           9933.997              0.000              0.000

I have the following set in qconf -sconf

reporting_params             accounting=true reporting=true \
                             flush_time=00:00:15 joblog=true sharelog=00:00:00

And I'm using 'builtin' for all the rsh,qlogin... daemons.

I've done some reading but the best info I can find is here:

And that doesn't tell you How, only what the fields represent.

Thanks, Mike
