To run a job at an absolute point in time, there are several steps necessary:

- submit an advance reservation: e.g. 4 hrs for safety reasons for a 2 to 3 hrs job
- submit the job into the AR (the job is known to take 2 to 3 hrs)
- after the job finished, remove AR by hand to free up resources (or just wait)

Having the ability to have something like an one-shot AR would avoid these steps. In addition, with the end of the injected job the AR could
be removed before the complete duration of the reservation elapsed (the AR duration could be taken from the h/s_rt).
