The -w param inside a JSV script contains not the same value as requested on the
command line. To reproduce create a TCL JSV script containing these lines:

<snip>
set w_param [jsv_get_param "w"]
jsv_reject "got $w_param for w param"
return
<snip>

Now submit a job requesting '-w v':
% qsub -jsv $SGE_ROOT/util/resources/jsv/jsv.tcl -w v -b y /bin/sleep 1
Unable to run job: got e for w param.
Exiting.

As you see from the error message JSV thinks this was a '-w e' instead of a '-w
v' request
