Following client JSV routine should reset the "w" job parameter of jobs that
were initially submitted with "-w e", "-w w", "-w p" or "-w v" parameter.

jsv_on_verify()
{
   jsv_set_param w n

   jsv_correct "Job was modified before it was accepted"
}

As a result all submitted jobs (independent of the -w flag) should be accepted
by qmaster and the client should get the message that the job was submitted.

Instead the job is accepted and the sumbit client returns with the message
"verification: found suitable queue(s)".
