I have been playing around with "qstat -g d" also "qstat -qs {a|c|d|o|s|u|A|C|D|E|S}" and
"qstats -s {p|r|s|z|hu|ho|hs|hd|hj|ha|h|a}[+]" and combining this three options with no
luck :(

With this options it seems I could parse the number of running jobs ( r state ) and also
the number or waiting jobs (qw state) but still couldn?t find how to get "total jobs" in
my array job, number finished jobs and number of jobs wich finished with error.

when I run "qstat -g d -s z" to get finished job I just get ids of array jobs, but not how
many jobs are "inside" my array job. as example:

emidio at mem11:/home/jordi$ qstat -g d -s z
job-ID prior name user state submit/start at queue
slots ja-task-ID
    279 0.00000 all.txt.ru emidio qw 06/23/2009 16:45:12
1 1-10:1
    324 0.00000 disc.txt.r emidio qw 06/30/2009 11:12:36
1 1
    317 0.55500 br4.run emidio qw 06/29/2009 12:22:20
1 56
?does anyone knows how to get this info from qstat output???? I have tried many diferent
combinations on the qstat options with no luck.

thanks in advance.
