When the spooling framework functions used for spooling objects (spool_write_object) is called,
it does get the information what has to be spooled, one of:
- whole job with all sub objects (ja_tasks, pe_tasks)
- only the job without sub objects
- only the ja_task
- only the pe_task
but this information is blithely ignored.

Make sure in the spooling framework (libs/spool/flatfile/sge_spooling_flatfile.c and libs/spool/classic/read_write_job.c) that this
information is respected.
