Unfortunately not really. h_vmem is a consumable resource that indicates
the available memory on hosts here. So it won't help to setup an
additional complex, I think. Or am I wrong here?

Depending on the type of the pe, I want to have h_vmem per job slot or
per job. But unfortunately this is impossible, isn't it?
