What is the status on 6.2u3 release date, anything set or is it still in beta?

The most direct approach would be to create a second PE with an
allocation_rule of 4. To get the exclusive host access, wait until
6.2u3. You can download the beta now. u3 can let you request exclusive
access to your nodes.

I want to submit a 16 core job to the cluster requesting 4 cores per node (4 cores on 4 nodes). I use MPI so I am using PE's. Is there a way to specifically request 4 cores per node at job submission or do I have to create a seperate queue and edit the slots so that only 4 slots are selected per node:

I have 2 queues, 8ppn.q and 4ppn.q. I submit a 16 core job to the 4ppn.q and it runs on 4cores per node on 4 nodes. If I submit an 8 core job to the 8ppn.q it fills up the remaining 4 slots on 2 of the nodes and runs on top of the first job. I have tried using the same PE for both queues and using different PE's for each but there is always a scenario where a job could run on top of another.
