I haven't used the python bindings, however, assuming Session.wait() in 
python is same as drmaa_wait() in C, then you should be able to pass 
DRMAA_JOB_IDS_SESSION_ANY, or the python equivalent, as the job id, and 
that should do what you're asking for.
