In principle it might be possible to work around the problem by changing the JSV include files but this is only possible if the person
implementing the script has more details about the cluster where the JSV script is used.

If l_hard/l_soft is reported twice during one job verification then the first value is the list of requested (hard/soft) resources. The
second list contains the (hard, soft) queue requests. The parsing function has to take care that the values that where reported first are
not overwritten if the second values are received.

If l_hard/l_soft is only reported once then it is ambiguous if queue or resource (hard/soft) requests were reported. In that case the value
has to be interpreted. If the value list contains '=' character then it is a resource request list. Otherwise it has to be tested if the
list either contains only complex attribute name. Then it is also a resource request list. If the list consists of queue names the it is a
queue list.
