[GE users] Configure all.q help

Open up queue's configuration in qmon (Queues -> Cluster Queues ->  
select queue and click Modify), put "@oldnodes" in the "New Host/ 
Hostgroup" edit field and click the red up-arrow on the left. Then  
select '@oldnodes' in the list above. Click on the locker icon next to  
the "Slots" label and put 4 in the now editable slots field and apply  
the changes.
