The "builtin" qrsh mechanism always tries to set the local terminal to "raw" mode (i.e. a mode where the tty doesn't interpret anything, it
just prints everything). This reconfiguration is done via the stdout file descriptor. If stdout is redirected to a file or a pipe,
reconfiguring the terminal is neither possible nor necessary any more.
