I had to reboot my qmaster due to some problems that were going on. Now the qmaster won't start and gives the following message in the messages file.

05/21/2009 12:41:07| main|us03grid1|E|couldn't open berkeley database "sge": (2) No such file or directory
05/21/2009 12:41:07| main|us03grid1|E|startup of rule "default rule" in context "berkeleydb spooling" failed
05/21/2009 12:41:07| main|us03grid1|C|setup failed

It also shows the following when starting:

[root at us03grid1 init.d]# ./sgemaster
   starting sge_qmaster

sge_qmaster didn't start!
Please check the messages file

   starting sge_schedd
./sgemaster: line 465: /shares/us03/sge-root/bin/lx24-x86/sge_schedd: No such file or directory

This was all working 15 minutes ago. What could have happened during the reboot that would have killed my install? Is the only recourse to reinstall?
