This requests 0.150 bytes, which likely gets rounded down to 0 bytes.

Without any unit it is in bytes, but you can also add k, M or G, i.e.
"-l h_vmem=5242880" is the same as "-l h_vmem=5M".

This is explained in sge_types(1) for the type "memory_specifier". 
Please note the difference between lower- and uppercase letters.
