[GE users] limiting # of assigned jobs to host (in all queues)

OK, sorry, I guess I sent the email too soon.....  I added a consumable
complex (wasn't that hard) and I think I have the desired action now.
I'd still be interested in any stories or examples of what others have
done for this situation, though, if anyone has them !
