When upgrading from GE 61.x to GE 62 release the user is asked if he wants to enable the new jmx support in qmaster. If jmx support is
choosed the qmaster starts up a jvm thread which will provide jmx functionality.

The upgrade script has following problems:

1) If user chooses NOT to enable jmx the jvm thread is started.
Reason: The bootstrap file still contains the default value "1" for "jvm_threads"

2) If user chooses support for jmx (enable it) there are some configuration parameters missing in the
   global (or local) configuration:
   "additional_jvm_args"
   "libjvm_path"

WORKAROUND:
After upgrading the qmaster (inst_sge -upd) the missing qmaster parameters have to be added with "qconf -mconf" and the bootstrap file
$SGE_ROOT/$SGE_CELL/common/bootstrap must contain the correct value for starting up the "jvm_threads" value.

After correcting the values the qmaster must be shutdown and re-started.
