I've been trying to configure cluster integration with SGE and Mathematica 7, cluster has only one node (itself) and mathematica is installed on that same node. its just for testing.

my /etc/profile:
-------------------
#add PATHS
export PATH=/opt/openmpi-1.4.1/bin:/usr/local/bin:/common/bin/darwin-x86:$PATH
export CLASSPATH=/common/lib/drmaa.jar:/common/lib/jgdi.jar:/common/lib/juti.jar

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/openmpi-1.4.1/lib:/common/lib/darwin-x86/:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

#SGE_ROOT path
export SGE_ROOT=/common

#aliases
alias math='/Applications/Mathematica.app/Contents/MacOS/MathKernel'
-----------------

Mathematica Config:

Cluster Name = p6444
Cluster engine = Sun Grid Engine
Head node = ijorge.local

Advanced Settings:
Engine Path = /common/bin/darwin-x86/

Kernel Options = -subkernel -mathlink -LinkMode Connect - LinkProtocol TCPIP - LinkName "linkname'

Kernel Program = /Applications/Mathematica.app/Contents/MacOS/MathKernel

Native specification = empty

Network Interface = empty

Queue job = Global`true
-----------------
before writing any math program and
as soon as i check parallel kernel status, mathematica tries to initialize SGE and i get this error.

ClusterIntegration`SGE::load: Cannot find components required for SGE

any ideas?

thanks in advance

Cristobal
