[GE users] upgrading from 6.2u4 to 6.2u5

If you untar as root, it should work out-of-the-box by an untar, it's a safety measure mostly for the file with a suid. If you untar as the admin-user (which I prefer), then you are right as you have to run the script for setting the file permissions from the root account.
