[GE users] move qmaster's spool location ?

Should be fine, most modern Unix kernels should be smart enough, and
as long as the file is not opened and closed frequenyly, the sym link
is not re-read, and thus is simply followed once when it's opened.

That should work too. In fact if you want to read the documentation to
be sure, see "qmaster_spool_dir" in bootstrap(5):
