[GE users] Zombi state in SGE

The list of finished jobs comes from qacct.  A zombie job in Grid Engine 
is a job that has already finished, but that is still in the qmaster's 
cache.  By default it keeps the last 200 jobs around, just in case. 
There's not a lot you can do with a zombie job other than note its 
existence.  The qw state is just because there isn't a job state to 
represent zombies.
