[GE users] Job Scheduling (Substitute Cron)

SGE has no cron features for now to run jobs on a recurring basis. It  
was requested a couple of times though:

If it would be there, it's just a matter of taste whether you judge  
it as an overkill. We even use SGE on our local machines (i.e. local  
qmaster with a local execd) just to serialize the workflow when the  
user wants to compute something on his personal machine besides its  
installation in the clusters.

To have cron-like features you could try:
