[GE users] Can qstat report qw jobs based on queue?

`qstat -q <qname>` should show by default all jobs running in a queue  
and all jobs which are eligible to run in that queue - whether  
explicitly requested or just as one of the possible queues a job may  
run in. Do you have a <ge_root>/<cell>/common/sge_qstat which  
modifies the output?
