[GE users] How to uninstall sge?

Besides this, also stopping the daemons, removing the $SGE_ROOT and  
possibly the dedicated spool directories should work. The last  
leftover would then be the start scripts in /etc/init.d or alike  
location to be removed. This is the way I always perform it.
