Usually when there are files corrupted in the spool directory, the
qmaster would get confused.

And if you are using low data integrity filesystems like ext2, upgrade
to ext3 or XFS.

We can also do more flushing and fsync()ing inside qmaster lower the
chance of hitting this, but it can introduce a potential performance
hit.
