[GE users] Limit visibility of other users jobs?

although it's the default in newer versions of SGE to hide the jobs  
of other users, everyone can use -u "*". You can of course recompile  
qstat and disable this option, unless users find out that any qstat  
they download from the net will restore the option (for now there is  
no credential for a plain qstat to have access only to the SGE  
instance it was built against, AFAIK in Torque they have implemented  
such a thing).

When the users have access to the nodes, they can even run a `ps`  
anyway. IIRC some OS like SuperUX from NEC have such an option to  
hide even other ones processes.
