did you specify any runtime for the job in the qsub? Otherwise the  
default 'infinity' will be used (qconf -msconf) and 'infinity' does  
not fit in the time frame the queue is enabled per day. SGE will only  
schedule a job to a queue with a calender, if it can be finished  
before the queue is disabled/suspended.
