The error output you show is not from Grid Engine. It appears to be
coming from your 'executable' program.

Have you confirmed that this program functions well on 2 processors when
running via ompi outside of Grid Engine? The first step to debugging
parallel application failures is to confirm that they actually work
outside of SGE - that step makes troubleshooting far easier.
