[GE users] The minimum core and memory on qsub command?

This one will request 4 or more slots
qsub -pe openmpi 4-   myjobscript.job

Or to request min 4 and max of 8
qsub -pe openmpi 4-8   myjobscript.job

Not sure about minimum memory, but maximum look at hvmem, vf and mem_free. This will require changes to the scheduler to make memory consumable and requestable.
