[GE users] Limiting max number of slots a job can take

correct, this is missing for now:

http://gridengine.sunsource.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2147

You can use a JSV (job submission verifier) to enforce the limit for  
now and check the requested number of slots therein.
