[GE users] How to change the qmasterserver for some execution hosts?

All the files and configuration files are installed on local disk for 
each machine.

The machines and new qmaster are in different network.
Parts of the /etc/nsswitch is "hosts: files dns"

My sge is 6.1 update 3.
