[GE users] Setting core binding via JSV

Hi, 

binding_strategy "linear_automatic" is probably what your looking for.
"_automatic" does not require a start <socket,core> tuple (the :0,0 
request on cli).

There is a bash example in the distribution directory (AFAIK 6.2u6):
./util/resources/jsv/jsv_core_binding.sh
