[GE users] multiple queues, but only one used by default

In $SGE_ROOT/$SGE_CELL/common/sge_request add '-q old.q@\*' to the
bottom on a new line.

This will make the default request for the old.q if a user wants/needs
to change it, they just specify their own -q to qsub.
