[GE users] each queue's pending job count

this is not possible to say in SGE in general. You specify resource requests and SGE will select an appropriate queue for your job. You can only have an output, which jobs could run in a queue by specifying the queue in `qstat -q ...` which would list, which jobs could run in this queue. But unless you have a hard queue request, the same job may show up for different queues.
