[GE users] Help from Gaussian users

This is what we do inside the SGE command script.  $TMPDIR 
will be deleted by SGE when the job terminates.

setenv GAUSS_SCRDIR    $TMPDIR
or
export GAUSS_SCRDIR=$TMPDIR
