[GE users] Large accounting file

You can point qacct at a different accounting file via the "-f" flag if 
you logrotate. Most people I know logrotate and tell their users that 
really old accounting data may not be available.

Less common but still seen:

- qacct wrapper scripts that can query the archived/rotated files

- scripts that dump the accounting file contents into a simple mysql 
table for long term persistance. Then a replacement qacct program that 
talks to the database
