bash-centric.  Switching shells, though not enormously difficult, can 
generate a lot of process-friction (and personal friction) when you've 
got a couple of dozen people to convert over.  Informal feedback 
indicates that folks here would rather learn a different way of 
invoking Ant than rewrite scripts.

I think the short term solution for us is to create a DRMAA Ant task and 
use that to submit our existing scripts, even though that would require 
different invocations in the grid versus non-grid environments.

After that's in place, maybe work on migrating to qtcsh or (ambitious 
solution) implementing qbash.

I'll keep the list posted.
