there a way to find out why?

I also noticed some strange issue. With Qmon, "Maximum Function Jobs"
display "-2", "Maximum Pending Tasks Per Job" is also "-2". But "qconf
-ssconf" gives different numbers:

The share tree policy is set up in a simple way that everyone will have
equal entitlement of tickets via default user.

Is there a bug with this version of SGE regarding share tree policy?
