The testsuite configuration needs an additional section, where filesystem
properties can be specified.

We currently have the NFS-ROOT2NOBODY and NFS-ROOT2ROOT settings in the
testsuite host configuration.

They should be replaced by a filesystem configuration, where at least the
following parameters can be specified per filesystem:
- name of the filesystem
- fileserver
- file system type (nfs, nfsv4, ..., as delivered by the SGE fstype command)
- root access to the filesystem allowed (y/n)?
- do we have root login access to the fileserver (y/n)?

added filesystem configuration.
