This was IZ 1846 in project gridengine.

Right now, the test suite tests for the C and Java language DRMAA bindings have
very little overlaps.  The C binding tests are behavioral, and the Java language
binding tests are functional.  Each test should cover both.
At the moment, this issue is of low priority because the Java language binding
is built on the C binding, so testing one implicitly tests the other.  In the
future, however, that may not continute to be the case.

Since description itselfs says that priority is not so high I decreased priorits
from p3 to p4
