Tests tight_integration_iz_575(), tight_integration_master_killed() and
tight_integration_slave_killed() in
checktree/functional/tight_integration/check.exp are calling
tight_integration_wait_for_delete_state(), which in turn calls into the generic
method get_job_state(). This method basically exec's a qstat command to extract
the job state(s).

The problem arises when tests are running on level 1 using qrsh as submit method.
This means that job owner is root. This conflicts with the qstat command, which
gets exec'ed as $CHECK_USER. qstat displays only jobs for $user unless the -u
option is used (sge version > 5.3) As result, get_job_state fails to pick up
an otherwise perfectly executing job. Which in turn is breaking the three tests
mentioned above.

The fix is simple: add the option ""-u" "*" to the arglist of exec.
