The cull framework does not reject duplicate entries in a hash list. This can
lead to memory leaks or core dumps. Rejecting it by default on cull level is not
possible because of performance reasons.

A valid enhancement would be to add the check and rejection by a compile time
switch. Doing a abort if a duplicate entry will be added would allow us to find
the critical code segments.
