Testsuite should have test that would compare the correctness of data in ARCo
database. This should specially be done for calculating the job usage when there
are parallel job ran. It should compare that the total memory and cpu usage for
certain job (regular and parallel) is the same from qacct as it is when running
a job usage query on view_accounting. (CR 6620930) The job usage for parallel
tasks also needs to be included in the view_accounting.

The query to be tested should look similar to this:

select sum(cpu) as cpu, sum(mem) as memory from view_accounting where

qacct -j 170093

If the exact comparison is not possible due to some rounding on one side or the
other, it should check that the number of line in view_accounting match the
number of parallel tasks + the master shepherd process.
