Issue #: 163 Platform: All Reporter: crei (crei) Component: testsuite OS: All Subcomponent: framework Version: current CC: None defined Status: NEW Priority: P4 Resolution: Issue type: ENHANCEMENT Target milestone: milestone 1 Assigned to: issues@testsuite QA Contact: joga URL: * Summary: testsuite_trash directory should be removed if it gets to big Status whiteboard: Attachments: Issue 163 blocks: Votes for issue 163: Vote for this issue Opened: Thu Nov 15 08:41:00 -0700 2007 ------------------------ It happens often that filesystem is getting full, because the testsuite_trash directory is not cleaned up from time to time. The testsuite should have an additional parameter or command line switch to define the time how long files are kept in the testsuite_trash. ------- Additional comments from crei Wed Jan 9 03:29:59 -0700 2008 ------- is this still an open issue or is it already done? ------- Additional comments from aja Wed Sep 3 06:01:25 -0700 2008 ------- Formerly, testsuite used testsuite_trash for all deleted files. With commit JG-2008-01-07-0 this behavior was changed so that no longer needed files are deleted directly. The old behavior can be initialized by running the testsuite with testsuite_trash option. The question is if it's necessary to remove the testsuite_trash directory or user should manage it by himself. Changed priority to P4.
