------------------------

Currently the only way to trigger a migration of a
job is to use checkpointing with
migrate-on-suspend and then suspend the job. This
prevents having both suspend and migrate
procedures enabled on a checkpointing job.

There should be a way to trigger a migrate of a
job explicitly, without overriding the suspend
procedure (eg, new option to qmod 'qmod -m').

Isn't this functionality covered by qmod -r?

AFAICS qmod -r will not execute the defined "migr_command"

BTW: refers also to issue http://gridengine.sunsource.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1259 command
"qmigr" which is like the suggested "qmod -m" when used inside a job on its own (i.e. no job id
necessary).
