When using qmod -d/-e on a cluster queue, the
output returned is something like

> qmod -d all.q
Queue instance "all.q@bilbo" has already this
state (disabled)
Queue instance "all.q@carc" has already this state
(disabled)
ff114084@sr-ergb01-01 changed state of
"all.q@gimli" (disabled)

Imagine this for a cluster queue with 1000 hosts!

Printing a summary would be better and would also
scale, especially if the summary text already was
generated on the master side. Such a summary could
look like this

124 queue instances changed state to disabled.
23 queue instances already had the state disabled.

or

Queue instances changing state to disabled on
hosts: a, b, c, e, ...
Queue instances already in state disabled on
hosts: x, y, z, ...

The latter again already would provide too much
information in case of really big CQs. Thus we
might need a condensed and more verbose output option.
