The path_alias test is currently not working. It doesn't really test the path
aliasing for qsub and qsh and it wrongly finds errors on some hosts where
everything works fine.

The test relies on the test hosts having automounter prefixes, otherwise it
won't test anything, but the test is written in a way that it doesn't matter if
the prefixes are replaced by the path aliases functionality or not.

Path aliasing must be tested in a reproducible way. This means the test must
create a directory on a local, not prefixed drive and submit the test job from
there with the "-cwd" option. On the execution host, the test must create
another local directory (with a completely different name), and the aliasing
must map between these two directories.

The test succeeds when "pwd" is executed on the exec host and it prints exactly
the name of the directory on the execution host.

This test should be done for several cases, i.e. only the first directory name
of a directory tree is different or the whole directory tree is different. The
test should also test if the host list in the sge_aliases file is obeyed
correctly. Of course, in all cases the output has to be parsed and checked.

Test is working and testing minimal host aliases setup.
