Solution: Adding "-lcurses" to the compile string

This seems to be a bug in the tcsh configure. It should stop if it doesn't find curses.
I ran into that, but it always seems OK if development curses is there.
I wonder if configure was run before installing ncurses-devel.

Curses-devel is/was installed. The error occurred nevertheless.
