SGE recognizes the exit value of 99 as a signal to
requeue the job. Other exit values currently
indicate a failure and cause a job to fail.

It would be nice to be able to specify a list of
exit values that should cause a job requeue.

I have worked around this in my wrapper script, by
testing the exit value and issuing 99 when it
matches some predefined alternate value. It would
be easier for a user to specify this at the queue
