It would be nice to be able to control "limits",
(memory, stack etc...) for jobs running on the
grid without the need for the creation of a queue.

While it is easy to create a queue for this
purpose, doing so causes "queue creep".  Queue
creep is the situation at a site where additional
queues are created to meet specific, out of
normal, jobs. Our LSF software, that we are moving
away from, has over 100 legacy queues...

At my site, I have limited the number of queues
per host to just three(critical,common,trivial).
Under this configuation, adding a queue to satisfy
a particular stack limit, I would have to create
three more queues per host.
